Band

It is fun to play an instrument. Playing together with others can lift us to a completely different place than when we play on our own. That is precisely what we will do in the subject Band. Here, you enter the unique community that only musicians know. Because when the groove is razor-sharp, the solo is on fire, and the singer has the audience in the palm of their hand, you will experience the enchanting magic of music, where the band’s essence becomes greater than the sum of its parts. In a band, it is not enough to be individually good at your instrument. You must be able to make room for the other instruments, listen intently to the whole, and react to what unfolds.

We will work intensively with pop and rock music, and in this way, we will get behind the music—both the latest radio hits and old classics. That way, you will gain a deeper insight, both into the music we play concretely, and also the music we are constantly surrounded by.

The subject is for you who already play an instrument from the rhythmic instrumentarium, or who enjoy singing and want to try your hand at ensemble playing.
