Prices
Your stay gets cheaper the longer you stay. You will always know what your stay will cost you, there are no hidden fees.
The prices of your stay are billed per week and include all expenses. You don't have to pay your entire stay at once but will be billed throughout your stay.
When applying you will only need to pay the enrollment fee that covers administration, photocopies and all materials. No matter which subjects you choose it will not get more expensive if you develop more photos, make more ceramics or large paintings. It is all covered by the price pr. week.
Be aware that only diving-classes are at an extra cost since those subjects are taught not by us but our partners.
When applying for at stay you will be able to see the complete price but will only be billed the enrollment fee.
The prices for 2022 will be adjusted by an additional 100 DKK per week.

World scholarships
With a world scholarship an international student will get a double room with one other student for a weekly price of 1495 DKK.
If you wish to apply for a scholarship, contact the school in advance at info@ronshoved.dk
Valid for stays of 12 weeks or more.
If you drop out early, you forfeit the scholarship.

Pricing examples (2021 prices)
2 months without study trip (8 weeks): 25,055,- DKK
3 months with one study trip in Denmark (12 weeks): 27.435,- DKK
3 months with one study trip abroad (12 weeks): 28.935,- DKK
6 months with two study trips (24 weeks, e.g. the whole spring semester): 53.675,-DKK
10 months with three study trips (41 weeks, e.g. complete stay, autumn & spring): 72.990,-DKK
When applying you will be shown the complete price of your stay. You will only be billed the enrollment fee on application. The rest of the stay will be billed throughout your stay.
Refunds if you cancel your stay
We cannot refund your enrollment fee. However, depending on when you cancel your stay, you will be refunded some of your payment.
More than 3 months before starting date: complete course fee.
Less than 3 months before starting date: complete course fee except 4 weeks.
Less than 2 weeks before starting date: complete course fee except 4 weeks+study trips
About VISA:
Before starting date: complete course fee.
After starting date: course fee except 4 weeks.
Aborting your stay
If you choose to abort your stay and have already started, you will have to pay for the weeks you attended plus 4 weeks. If you total stay thereby has been less than 12 weeks you will be billed the expired state grand of 1095,-DKK/week aswell.
