Get your fingers dirty and face a greener future. With this course, we want to guide you a big step forward towards a sustainable future. You get to fill up your backpack with various tips, tricks and knowledge about growing vegetables and herbs for your own consumption. Gardening to take home and continue to use on the balcony or in the raised bed. We mean take home, literally. Because during the process we create a mobile garden that you can take home. Possibly in the form of a jar, perhaps one you make yourself in ceramics, or a fabric garden bag that you may even sew in one of our other classes.
In the school’s garden there is plenty of space, and the opportunity for us to experiment both with growing in beds and in a greenhouse. Furthermore, we will experiment with the cultivation of fungal mycelium in coffee grounds and other media.
