Badminton

Human nature can be understood in many ways. One of these is that man is a playful being, homo ludens. Through play, man discovers and learns about his life and association with other people. Badminton is no exception. Here we play both to learn how to play the game of badminton, but also because we want to learn something about ourselves and the community we are always a part of. Play and sport are not just for the sake of the body, but are for the sake of the whole person.

Specifically, in the course, we will work with different strokes, movement patterns and tactics. Afterwards, we will play badminton and practice what we have learned and train a routine. The subject will thus have the following structure: a warm-up, then 15-20 learning new strokes and techniques and then we will play badminton.
