Volleyball

In volleyball you learn the importance of working together, you cannot win the game alone. Volleyball is also a beautiful game. When the strokes are good, the communication is there and everyone plays together, everything comes together and you can’t help but be captivated by a good ball, whether you won the point or not.

In training, we will both go in depth with techniques and exercises, both alone and in small and large groups. You will both be trained as part of the team and receive individual help, at exactly the level you are here. We are also preparing for the traditional, annual tournament: Rønshoved Højskole’s volleyball weekend, where current teachers and students compete with old students

Whether you have played volleyball for many years or have never touched a ball before, there is a place for you on the team. You get both good training and lots of fun with your fellow players.
