Elias Overgaard Hansen

Elias was born and raised in Næstved, where he first discovered his love for music at the local music school, starting with piano and later taking up the trumpet. However, it was during his time at Ollerup Musikefterskole that his passion for music truly flourished.

Now studying musicology in Aarhus, Elias has explored a variety of topics, including mosh pit culture, sustainability at festivals, and, most recently, the digital music industry. He has also helped run an album listening club, where he delves into everything from dubstep and progressive math djent to folk music and beyond—always eager to listen, discuss, and discover new sounds.

Beyond music, Elias has a deep interest in philosophy, history, and art, as well as sports and board games. He also enjoys more niche pursuits like esports and disc golf.
