Fitness and hockey

Fitness

If you enjoy lifting weights and exercising, you’re in luck! We have a great fitness room right next to the sports hall. Every Monday, the teacher on duty offers a chance to get a workout in. It can be hard to find the time for exercise, and fitness centers across the country have many members they likely only see once every three months. You can use this session as an opportunity to get your body moving – after all, it feels great once you get started!

Hockey

The “hockey stick” is a trending phenomenon these days. Here at Rønshoved Folk High School, we take it quite literally! On Mondays, there is an opportunity to play floorball (indoor hockey). We have a good time, drink coffee, and swing the hockey sticks. It’s always immense fun! Come and join us, have a chat with a fellow student or a teacher, and spend the evening playing some indoor hockey. We look forward to seeing you in our gym!
