Get a taste of the folk high school experience. During a one-on-one online meeting, we’ll guide you through everything you need to know about your stay - from building your schedule to room options and the three study trips. You can also ask questions and share your thoughts about your potential stay.

Book an online meeting
An online meeting is a great way to learn more about the school, get answers to your questions, and even see a bit of the campus live during our chat.
If you have any questions right now, feel free to jot them down and bring them to the meeting. A typical online session lasts 25–35 minutes and can be scheduled on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM .
How to book an online meeting
To book a session, please email Betina at info@ronshoved.dk with "Online Meeting" in the subject line. In your email, please include:
Three preferred dates and times for the meeting (CET - UTC/GMT +1) .
Which subjects or aspects of the school have caught your interest the most.
Your potential start date for your stay at the school.
Once we receive your email, we will get back to you with a confirmed date and a link to the meeting.

Tour at the school
A tour typically lasts 45–60 minutes and usually begins at 1:30 PM on weekdays.
During the tour, you will experience daily life at the school firsthand. You will learn more about our subjects, how to build your schedule, special events, our study trips, and get plenty of insights into the small and large moments of life at a folk high school.

How to book a tour
To book your visit, please email Betina at info@ronshoved.dk with "Tour at the school" in the subject line. In your email, please include:
Three possible dates for your visit (preferably weekdays after 1:30 PM).
Which subjects or aspects of the school interest you the most.
Your preferred start date(s) for your stay at the school.
Travel Reimbursement
We are happy to reimburse your travel expenses to and from the tour, within Denmark. If you keep the receipt for your train ticket, we will refund the cost of an "Orange" or standard ticket after your visit. Simply email your receipt along with your bank registration and account number to info@ronshoved.dk, and you will receive the refund to a Danish bank account within a few business days.
