- Run for (your) life

Get out! In the running course we will put on our trainers and with high pulse discover the unique surroundings of the school. We will go running in the nearby area of the Flensburg Fjord and in the forests around the school. The course is for both beginners and advanced runners, and we will two times a week begin our day with a morning run before breakfast. To improve our running skills as much as possible, we will practice both intervals and hill running, but we also strive to improve our stamina – and also jogs.
