Rythmic fitness

There are an incredible number of fun ways you can train your body! In rhythmic fitness, we focus on the rhythmic movements and fitness and train in disciplines such as aerobics, step and circuit training for the whole body. We all train together, but there is no competition. Here you challenge yourself in a community.

We will of course also focus on good stretching and flexibility so that your body becomes strong and flexible. Even when we are not training, the fitness room is always ready for free use.
