Everybody, regardless of age and physical shape, can perform Yoga exercises and benefit from them. We will listen to the body, mind it´s possibilities and go about it in a calm pace.

We will be working with exercises that strengthen and stretch the muscles of the body, train our balance and experience in improvement in our breathing. All of this helps prevent injuries, making the body flexible and lively, relieved of stress and tensions.

Through Yoga exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation you achieve a better physical shape.
