In the fitness course the lessons will take place as a team activity, where you will experience different forms of aerobic and fitness, including high/low aerobic, Zumba, thai-bo and weight training. There will be something for both strength and cardio training.
The fitness classes will take place in the school’s own fitness room.
If you wish your own individual fitness scheme, this can be arranged with the teacher.
The fitness room is always open for all students.
