We would like to welcome you to Rønshoved Højskole! Our school is a classical Folk High School which was founded in 1921 based on the thoughts of N.F.S. Grundtvig (1783-1872). The school is situated close to the Danish-German border in the south of Denmark. At Rønshoved Højskole you may choose between a variety of subjects ranging from sociology to music to sailing and mountain biking. The concept of a Folk High School is unique to Scandinavia and combines the idea of a broad and balanced exam-free learning experience with the opportunity to live with students of a similar age and make friends from all over the world.
